Warranty period : Lifetime
This warranty is valid only if the warranty card is fully filled, stamped, signed & company’s copy return to domestic Health Care – The Importer
The warranty is limited to replacement of the MediSmart Sapphire Gluco meter only. The warranty does not extend to other accessories & consumables provided in the meter kit. (Pricking device, needles, Strips).
If the defect cannot be corrected, The Importer agree to provide another MediSmart Sapphire Gluco meter in a working condition free of charge.
The Importer, makes no warranty which extend in regards to the damages cause by mishandling, negligence, Improper Storage against instructions in user manual.
If you need to make a warranty claim, Customer copy of warranty card must be produced for processing all complaints related to monitors.
